  • SANACEL® cellulose is the high-purity fraction of native cellulose and a food additive (E460ii) according to the EU Food Additives Regulation.

    Whether as an anti-caking agent in spice mixtures or grated cheese, to improve quality and increase yield in meat and sausage products or to maintain freshness and stability in baked goods, there is a suitable SANACEL® cellulose product for every application. The declaration for SANACEL® cellulose is „cellulose powder" or “powdered cellulose“ with the E-number E460ii.   • SANACEL® wheat fibers are natural dietary fiber concentrates that are obtained from the cell walls of the wheat plant using a particularly gentle production process. According to their high fiber content, SANACEL® wheat fibers are ideal for fiber enrichment and fat and calorie reduction.

    SANACEL® wheat fiber is declared as "wheat fiber" or "wheat plant fiber".

Within the EU, SANACEL® sugarcane is approved as a novel food and therefore regulations on use and dosage can be found in the Novel Food Regulation (EU) 2015/2283.     With SANACEL® add fiber blends, it is easy to replace fat, stabilize emulsions and prevent fat and gel deposits in meat products. This means that even expensive raw materials can be completely replaced or reduced. Please observe the food approval and labeling regulations of your country.

  • SANACEL® apple is an apple fiber that is obtained from dried apple pomace in a gentle process. Our apple fiber SANACEL® apple consists of soluble and insoluble dietary fibers , has a dark color and a fruity aroma.

    SANACEL®apple is therefore ideal for use in dark baked goods or in fruit fillings for fiber enrichment or quality improvement. Other areas of application include cookies, muesli, muesli bars or extruded products, as well as fruit preparations and drinks. Please consider the specific food approval regulations and laws about the declaration of foods valid in your country.
